About This Site
This site is the latest iteration of my site which started in late 1995. I started the site as a repository for my thoughts as I was in the process of ending 22 years as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
Now, the purpose of this site has evolved from just being a place for me to record my thoughts to the following:
In December of 2004, I moved to my own domain and started using a new web host and the PHP-Nuke hosting software to make this a more dynamic, interactive site than previously.
If you find something on this site that is in error, please let me know. I will change it immediately.
The Picture
The picture in the banner at the top of the page is the Glen Ogle railway viaduct between Lix Toll and Lochearnhead in Stirling Council area of Scotland. It was taken on our trip there in 2009. If you’d like to see more of my photos, please check out www.bobgrayphoto.com

Nice website. If I can ask were you ever DFed or disassociated.
Thank you. I have not been either disfellowshipped, nor disassociated that I know of. After I wrote Letter 1 (you can read it in the Letters category), I was called by two of the elders. When I told them that I was not formally disassociating myself, they said they wanted to meet with me to face charges of apostasy. Letter 2 was my reply. I heard back from them. A friend who left several years later told me that no announcement was made, but a talk was given about me, without mentioning me by name.
