Judicial Committee


An ecclesiastical tribunal composed usually of three elder that judges the repentance or lack thereof of Jehovah’s Witnesses who have been found guilty of various wrongdoings. If the person is judged as being unrepentance they are disfellowshipped. If the accused is deemed to be repentant they are reproved. If they wrongdoing was well known the person is publically reproved, if not they are privately reproved.
